非常推荐何博亚律师团队，very professional and knowledgeable. 我是在去年夏天，通过朋友的介绍，找到了博亚律师负责我的案子。在他的指导下准备好了所有所需要的材料，9月3号博亚律师帮我提交了申请。昨天突然收到uscis的邮件， 然后登录了自己的uscis account一看，收到了case approved的好消息！！ 从提交到现在只用了5个半月，就拿到了绿卡，真的超出了我预期估算的时间。

Ok, I just got my Green Card today.From the date USCIS received my application, it took 3 weeks to receive my Social and Work Authorization. Then 34 weeks to get my Green Card.So let me tell you how it all played out. This is not a Review, but an advice for future Applicants.1. Before you make any first step, pls talk to this Law Firm (Ask to speak to Baya) This means, if you are outside the US, before you apply for any kind of Visa, talk to him. If you are in the US, before you start any process, talk to him.2. When you get started, pls use his Check List, it's not the same with USCIS Check List. His check list is longer, unfortunately. He will tell you WHAT & WHY to provide. But the best part is, he will guide you on HOW to get everything. (I got many of my docs from China) and he basically helped me get them all. It took me 3 months to get all the papers, but saved me 6 to 9 months of USCIS coming back to me for additional document.3. Once all your papers are ready, pls DO NOT submit yourself, even if USCIS office is next to your house. Send it all to him. He has a way of preparing all the application and supporting docs. (I met a guy who got rejected because he didn't submit his I-94 form. However, this form was included in his application. The Visa Officer for some reasons didn't see it) So he appealed successfully, but wasted 3 months.4. Once you've checked all the boxes in his Check List, mail everything to him. Then go to sleep. By the time you wake up, your Green Card will be waiting for you.
